Set beneath Dabiz Muñoz’s Street XO and with its strip club aesthetic and ‘liquid cuisine’ cocktails, Circus XO was never going to be a shy and retiring boozer. Instead, Circus is buzzy, ostentatious and seriously inventive with their mixes. In an adventurous mood? Go in for a mythic Tom Kha Kai (coconut, chilli, lime and flying fish eggs), or a Drinking Pekin Duck (Hoisin syrup, cucumber, mezcal and duck condiment), or stick to some classics, with something from the XO Premium Twist list.
