Duddell’s London

As the first international outpost for Hong Kong’s Duddell’s (which holds two Michelin stars), the London counterpart will take a more relaxed approach to dining. Cantonese dishes (including 12 hour XO beef shin and smoked black Angus ribs) and hand-crafted dim sum will find a home in the converted St Thomas Church, where contemporary artwork will also be on display, in year-round exhibitions. With interiors designed by Michaelis Boyd (Soho Farmhouse) as a place for people to meet, eat, drink and admire their latest arts programme, Duddell’s feels like something altogether new, in a city that’s seen it all.
