Quality Chop House Wine Bar

If there is a centre to London’s ever-evolving modern British cuisine movement, Quality Chop House must be it. The Clerkenwell restaurant, bar and deli added a café to its operations earlier in the year, and now a wine bar follows suit. Gus Gluck (Vinoteca) has been charged with choosing a daily selection of wines available by the glass, as well as a small selection of bar snacks (rejoice: QCH pork pies feature) with plans for dedicated wine bar dishes in autumn. We’re looking forward to the day QCH and its many iterations take up the whole block.
