London Hotels

Spring/summer openings

The Standard

So, coming to London soon we have the Ruinart one-night-only hotel pop-up (4-14 July) – Hotel 1729 – in Notting Hill, curated by Jonathan Anderson, director and founder of JW Anderson (we love), and creative director of LOEWE (busy man…); The Standard King’s Cross opens early July with rooms available from 11 July; The Hoxton Southwark opens early Sept, with an early-bird bookings rate of £123 if booked by 22 June (see you there); Inhabit Southwick Street, Paddington is opening in July and has done a partnership with Yeotown (UJloves) on food and drink; and on the more (clandestine) corporate side, Great Scotland Yard will open this year in the old Met Police Station, Covent Garden. Run by Hyatt, this hotel will be part of their Unbound Collection, a group of individual, unbranded hotels – smart.
