No matter what kind of trip you’re after – luxe, laidback, big parties, or long lunches – you’ll find it in Ibiza. It doesn’t matter how many times you’ve been here, there’s always something new to explore; every visit will unveil some kind of unexpected surprise.
Indulgent, high-energy, sociable moments with GREY GOOSE® Altius.

Day to night vibes
From the owners of the Night League, Playa Soleil is their beach restaurant by day and waterfront club by night. Set close to two of their other venues, Ushuaïa and Hï, come here for a chilled lunch or more energetic dinner, and check their schedule for who is playing at night,
GREY GOOSE Altius Moment: Make a day of it. Start on the beach, then head to a table outside for a high-energy dinner, and end your night by the booth; long high summer days with crisp, glacially cold vodka.

Michelin star omakase in Ibiza town
Possibly tied with Jondal for the hardest reservation to get on the island. In an eight-seater Michelin-star spot in Ibiza town, talented sushi chef Walter Sidoravicius serves a two-and-a-half hour omakase to 16 guests nightly, from behind a wooden bar. It’s always worth checking for cancellations if you can’t initially get a reservation.

Three fine chefs
If you want to know what happens when three ex-Noma chefs get together, it’s Nudo! Set by the beach on the east side of the island, the vibe is relaxed, but the cooking is definitely not: this is elevated dining. Their menu, which is updated every two weeks, has influences from Japan, Mexico, Italy, the Nordics, and of course, Spain.

Pre-club dining
There’s something special about dining in a super club. Start here for sushi and sky high vibes, then enter the club through the back door.

Glam club in the Ibiza Gran Hotel
Everything around this part of Ibiza is five-star: Marina! Hotels! Restaurants! (Zuma, Cipriani, and the Michelin-starred La Gaia.) And Club Chinois is no exception. With a capacity of only approx. 1000, it’s a great, intimate size to see some of the excellent names – Honey Dijon and Bedouin – who play here.
GREY GOOSE Altius Moment: Take a moment to toast; a drink is part of the moment.

New for 2025
The story of the season, UNVRS, another club by the Night League, has opened in the space that was Privilege (and before that, the legendary KU). It’s big, it’s high tech, they’ve got a burger restaurant and all kinds of other things to explore. And like any club in Ibiza, check who is playing before you go: our picks include Jamie Jones’ Paradise on Wednesdays and Carl Cox on his day, Sunday. Top tip: be sure to set a meeting point with your friends when you go, it’s that big.

New Ibiza club with no phones
This is brand new, and we’re hearing good things. It’s small, central, and looks like a very good time. As a type of antidote to the superclubs everywhere (and same same big-name programming), Tomodachi aims to be an underground offering, where phones aren’t welcome.

Takes over the agroturismo that was Cas Gasi
Finally, Soho House has hit the White Isle. Taking over the agroturismo Cas Gasi, they have kept the olive trees and pines and made the house their own, with a health club and updated pool offering, indoor/outdoor restaurants, and a games area. There are only 14 rooms and two villas, meaning you need to either be staying at the hotel, or have a reservation at the restaurant or spa (or be very lucky), to visit.

Ralph Moore, leading music journalist/industry figure, Ibiza lover, and author of Ralph Moore On Tour: A Wild Ride in Music Press says:
Top Tips:
In the past, I would have said ‘never leave the house without a proper man bag as you never know if you’re going to be home in 12, 24 or 36 hours.’ Now I’d have to add a portable power pack to that list!
Closing Season Pick:
Thanks to the team at Las Mimosas, I rediscovered San Antonio on my last couple of visits. The best event of last year for me was Cocoon at the excellent new open-air spot 528. Sven dropping Talk Talk’s ‘Life’s What You Make It’ was A Moment. They’re back on September 24th!” Get tickets here.
On Why Ibiza is so Special:
It was always the sense of freedom and optimism and instantly forgetting about life back at home that made those early trips to Ibiza so special, and on a good night, you can still find the same spirit with the right motley crew today.
On Why He Loves Ibiza
Like Cocoon Ibiza and their infamous tagline, I’m also ‘Since ‘99’ – and let me tell you, that was a vintage year on the island with tracks like Pete Heller’s ‘Big Love’ and Wamdue Project’s ‘King Of My Castle’ beaming their way back to Top Of The Pops after originally starting their lives on the Space terrace. Utterly addicted after a season in the Balearics, I’m still friends with most of the ravers I met that first season. We’re all Ibiza lifers as a result.
THANK YOU RALPH!
