Launched under a full moon at The Standard, Ibiza on 27 September, with a candlelit rooftop dinner that was attended by a mix of local and vising creatives, the Luar x The Standard limited-edition swim brief is available exclusively at The Standard’s Ibiza and Miami locations, as well as online at ShoptheStandard.com.
Designed by Luar’s Brooklyn-based Creative Director Raul Lopez and The Standard, the swim brief features signature elements from both brands, including Luar’s metal monogram hardware and The Standard’s sunshine yellow, and marks Luar’s first foray into swimwear.
In Ibiza, you could just as easily see these worn from beach to lunch at Jondal as peeping out under clothes at Circoloco, followed by a chic villa afters – which was the intention.

Julio FerozThe brand’s month-long pop up at the boutique at The Standard, Ibiza, also includes other poolside Luar pieces, like the mini Ana bag, which is a perfect size for sunscreen or evening essentials.
The launch event also served as a great showcase (or reminder to most) of the hotel’s incredible views from their rooftop UP restaurant, with a menu that includes everything from torched salmon uramaki rolls with truffle oil to entrecôte with Mexican spiced Ibiza potatoes, and a coco-loco passionfruit dessert.
