RADIO ALICE

Residing in an old school building in Hoxton Square is the headquarters of Radio Alice; part fictional bootleg radio station, part pizzeria. Run by brothers Salvatore and Matteo Aloe and Gail’s Bakery co-founder Emma King, Radio Alice pizzas are a little different. The toppings – which are the showstoppers here – are added after the base is cooked for a more intense flavour, rather than scorching them to death in the oven. It might sound strange, but trust us, it’s good.
