A coffee shop by day before showing its true colours as a cocktail bar at night, Three Sheets brings some gravitas to Dalston’s nocturnal side. No surprise, the menu is always pleasingly concise, often under 10 house cocktails, all created to let the actual mixing technique shine through. Plus, the team are from impressive stock – founding brothers Noel and Max share experience from Tony Conigliaro’s Drink Factory and Trof and the Deaf Institute in Manchester.
