Recently we’ve noticed an increase of chilli everything on menus. For us, it really started with ‘that’ chilli platter (as Clerkenwell Boy would say) at Coal Office aptly called Plate for the Brave. The Palomar has one too (The Spice Experience – we have a feeling they may have actually launched this first, but we noticed it later), and Berenjak has a good selection of chilli on most things, with pickled chillis for sides. Continuing on this vibe, this month, Martin Morales is set to launch a new Turn Up the Heat menu at Ceviche and Andina.
